Winemaking technique
Grapes are harvested by hand at the end of August/beginning of September. They are then pressed and, after a brief contact with the skins, the must is decanted and undergoes alcoholic fermentation. This takes place at 18-20°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled after it becomes biologically and chemically stable.
