Rules of conduct for visitors:

• Access to premises is allowed only if accompanied by authorized personnel
• Visitors are asked to pay attention to any moving vehicles
• Minors access is allowed only with adults and in any case under their responsibility and
  guidance
• In case of emergency (fire, natural disaster, etc.) follow the instructions of the authorized
  personnel and the safety signs provided
• Pets are not allowed inside production plant
• Please inform about any food allergy and intolerance in advance
• The production plant and the barrel cellar are thermoregulated at 14° C: suitable clothing
  is recommended

Terms of sale – Returns and Refunds:

• Advance payment is required for booking
• All prices include VAT
• Any tax invoice must be requested in advance
• The wine tastings are only for adult visitors
• Tours and tastings are available in Italian and English
• For groups larger than 10 people we suggest to contact us at tour@tedeschiwines.com for
  a customized proposal
• Access to the tours is complimentary for minors up to 17 years
• In case of cancellation, full refund is expected within 48 hours before the date
• Tours are not confirmed for delays of more than 15 minutes
